We start in Manteca, CA, Garrett’s hometown. Becca strolls through a large farm while Garrett T-rex runs toward her. They hop on a plater + plant tomatoes while talking about putting their future children on the planter to teach them hard work. Garrett takes over driving this giant John Deere contraption while making out with Becca who’s sitting on her lap. Anyone else freaking out? Because I am! In Becca’s voiceover, she says she thinks Garrett would be a hot dad. I mean if that’s what you’re into… I’m kidding. Their chemistry + connection are things I think I’d enjoy but my healthiest relationship lasted three weeks so what do I know? Because she’s given him so many roses, he wants to plant a rose bush so he can always give her roses. He has so much of her dad in him that is such a big deal to her.

Becca is the first woman Garrett’s brought home since his now ex wife so this day is just as big for him as it is for her. She asked how things went south with his family + her ex. Apparently it got bad when they moved in together near Tahoe. If Garrett’s family came up to see him, she’d monopolize his time so he wouldn’t get to see his family. That really started to push him away from her. I mean why wouldn’t it? Their family values no longer coincided but they do with Becca. She asks if it’ll be harder to bring someone home giving what happened with his ex + he tells her it is. His family used to let him figure things out on his own but now they’re not afraid to tell him their honest opinions. He tells her she doesn’t have to impress anyone. Becca wants to know if she shows any signs that are reminiscent of his ex before they start anything real. I respect this so much. I don’t like repeating history. That doesn’t mean I haven’t done it but I don’t like it.

They head over to meet his family, Becca’s free hand filled with gifts + flowers for the family. There are hugs all around + a big family style dinner. Garret looks JUST LIKE HIS DAD OMG. Garrett’s sister pulls him aside to check into him. He’s all smiles + says they’re connection is so strong + he can be himself around her. His sister is excited about his feelings but is still protective of him + his heart. She’s getting emotional in letting him know how much she cares about him. Becca chats with his dad about how destroyed Garrett was after his last relationship. Becca shares her concern that he may not be fully healed + he may not be ready to propose. His dad says Garrett is ready but if he’s not the one, she needs to be honest with him. She tells dad that honesty is the most important thing to him.

It’s mom’s turn + she’s prepared to tell Becca about his past relationship but Becca already knows. His mom says that the most awkward part of being a parent is when your child is hurting + you can’t help them I mean I wouldn’t have used “awkward,” but okay Garrett’s mom. Mom is unclear where Becca’s heart is. Becca talked about how sweet his entrance was, he made her smile the whole night, how he earned the first impression rose. Because he’s been married + she’s been engaged so they both understand the severity of the situation. Mom seems to like that Becca comes from a similar background to how she raised Garrett. Mrs. Garrett’s mom seems to think Becca’s a good fit but wants to be sure Garrett will be okay if he’s not the one on bended knee offering a proposal at the end. She talks to him + shares this with him. He sounds like a little kid telling her why he loves her + all about their relationship. He says he’ll be okay because what’s meant to happen will happen. Mom says she’d happily welcome Becca into the family if she’s the one. Garrett’s family is definitely what she wants in a partner’s family + she feels like it’s all falling into place.

We’ve shuffled off to Buffalo to spend some time with Jason the cutie. They stop at the Anchor Bar, home of the very first buffalo wing, for a one minute buffalo wing eating contest. I would die, either from excitement or from eating an eating contest amount of fried food. She answers the most important question: ranch or blue cheese? I guess the answer is “no ranch in Buffalo.” Glad she’s there, not me, because I cannot stand blue cheese. No thank you please. Becca + Jason are too distracted shoving wings into each other’s faces to really compete. Their next stop is a private ice rink so they can play a little hockey. Becca hasn’t skated since she was a kid but Jason was born with skates on his feet (his words–that must have hurt coming out. Mom wants you to know that she said “unless he performed his own cesarian” but that’s going a bit too far don’t you think?) Now we’ve got a one-on-one hockey game where Jason wins a kiss if he’s able to score on “Bexter.” He does, easily, but not before showing off some serious puck sills. They grab a seat in the bleachers + talk about his brother’s relationship + how it shows him what he wants in a relationship. Before they leave the rink, they make out on top of a moving zamboni. What is with making out on moving vehicles?!

More flowers + gifts adorn Becca’s arm as she walks up to Jason’s parent’s house with him. Dinner conversation centers around their wing eating contest + after, Mr. Jason’s dad pulls him aside to talk. Jason wants to know what his dad’s thinking. His dad could see how happy he was, but he doesn’t want to see him get hurt. Jason tells him that he’s falling wildly + hard. Jason’s dad whats him to be aware of the whole situation, which is very important because at this point there are still three other guys. Mrs. Jason’s mom asks if she’s ready to be engaged. Becca tells her she’s ready for her one. Mom asks if she’s found her one. Becca diplomatically tells her that there’s a long way still left to go + asks mom if he’s ready. Mom says she’s never seen him this excited + that he’s a very committed person. Mom tells Jason she couldn’t tell if Jason was Becca’s one. Jason says he’s always felt behind with her but that it seems like they’re catching up. Mom tells him to follow his heart. Jason’s brother wants to know why Jason hasn’t told Becca how he feels yet. So when they get outside, he has this whole speech about how much he’s “so insanely, wildly in love” with her.

Hello Bailey, Colorado + hello Blakey! Becca says they have the most solid relationship + I’m so excited about this date. Their first stop is his high school where they find his football picture, kiss in an English classroom + meeting some of his teachers + coaches. They sit in the library for Blake to tell Becca another important story that shaped him from senior year: his school fell victim to a school shooting. It was a complete stranger + his mom, who worked at the school, announced their code for an active shooter. I can’t imagine my mom making that announcement. Blake explains that this is why he has such a positive outlook on life. They head off to the auditorium which is packed for a Betty Who? concert. I’ll be honest + tell you I had to look her up. But of course they get to dance on stage, kiss + be cute.

When they head off to see his parents, Blake is the only one so far that carried something for Becca. Everyone is so excited, perhaps the most excited family so far. They talk about their Vegas singing date then his mom, Shelly (spelled incorrectly…just kidding) pulls Blake aside to talk. Mom doesn’t want to see him get hurt again. They talk about his past relationship, how much he loves Becca + that he’s ready to propose. She thinks it’s crazy that he’s told her he loves Becca but she also can see that he’s honest. When he talks to his dad, his dad sees the feelings are there, but he wants Blake to be certain because he could absolutely be hurt again. Mom asks Becca about her feelings. Becca says she felt like she knew him the instant she met him + that it’s only gotten better from there. Mom asks if she’s ready to be engaged again + she is, with the right person. Mom shares her view of how hurt Blake was during his last breakup. Becca can see him in her life forever. He says he loves her + you can tell she’s dying to tell him, too.

We’re staying in Colorado for Coton’s hometown date but heading to Parker. They’re first stop is to visit the children at the local children’s hospital, but not before they pick up gifts for the kids with cystic fibrosis at the hospital he sponsors. They paint a mural + do photobooth photos with the two cutest children. I’m mad that this was so cute since I’m not team Colon. Colton lets Becca know she’s the first woman that will ever get to meet his family. She’s nervous if he’s ready for her to come home. He says he wouldn’t be there if he wasn’t. We’ll see..

Okay Colton is helping her carry things which is nice. His cute little cousin whispers in his ear asking if Becca is his girlfriend + he says yes. Mrs. Coton’s mom tells him shes never seen him so happy + perky in his life. Coton heads off with his dad + tells him that the situation has been so good + challenging. Somehow Tia comes up, because duh. He addressed it “like a man.” Mr. Coton’s dad asks how much he knows about Arie. They need to discuss this, too, according to his dad. Dad ask Becca if he’s okay with his honesty about Tia. Becca says she’s never had an issue with his honesty. Dad asks why they haven’t talked about Arie. Becca says that’s a fair question + that it’s because Colton hasn’t asked, which kind of seems like a cop out but I’ll allow it. Dad says he’d rather have Colton hurt now rather than later if he’s not the one. Colton tells his mom that this is working + that he’s been open, honest + transparent with her. Mom asks if he’ll be ready for fantasy suites + he says he loves her, that he’s ready + he could be engaged at the end. Becca talks to his mom about his one concern, can she see him committing to her. Mom would have been skeptical before they talked but he’s falling in love + he’s ready to potentially propose.

Back in LA, Becca meets her girls Seinne, Tia, Caroline, Kendall + Bekah to talk things over. She wants some advice on what to do. We find out how much she really is just giddy + cares about these guys. We find out that Jason is the best kisser of the bunch + that Tia has no poker face when Becca brings up Colton. Speaking of Tia + Colton, midway through talking about meeting his family, Tia interrupts + asks to talk to Becca alone. The other four are like “wait, what?!” Tia now whips out the fact that she still has feelings for Colton. She’s sick to her stomach because he’s still there + that she got to meet his family. Becca is upset because she doesn’t want to let him go or lose a friend over a guy so she has sooo much to think about leading up to the rose ceremony.

Jason, Blake + Garrett are walked into the ceremony space by Chris. Colton arrives last + wants to talk about Chris about fantasy suites + what the expectations are. Chris says that everything is his call. Becca arrives + thanks them for the most amazing week. She tells them this decision his hard + she has to follow her heart. She offers roses to Blakey, Jason + Garrett. It’s okay, y’all. Colton’s going to paradise. You know who else is going? Tia. So it’s fine. Next week we’re headed to Thailand! So I’ll catch you next week to unpack that!
