Monday Must-Haves | Makeup Wipes

I frequently commit the cardinal beauty sin of going to bed with my makeup on. I’m not proud of it. I’ll be the first to tell you it’s HORRIBLE for your skin, but I’m sure you know that. But know that when I do this, it’s also never intentional. I can often be found around 2:00 AM lightly snoring (I’ll own it–I have a deviated septum + sleep apnea. I’m a delight!) away on the living room couch, light left on by my mom (because I trip on flat surfaces) and fully made up. When my alarm goes off at 5:00 AM, I’m a sight for no one’s eyes: eyeliner halfway down my face, eyelashes caked together, half of my foundation on… I could go on but I’m sure you get the picture.

On one of my many Target trips (you’ll soon find I’m there four to five times per week–it’s a problem) back in 2011, I came across Neutrogena’s Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes. I bought a small package as I’m always skeptical of new products. I never know how my weird skin will react. But obviously if I’m telling you about something I first bought in 2011 and it’s the first on my list of must-haves, it’s likely good + I’m likely still using it. Spoiler alert: I am!

These wipes are great for my sensitive skin, get even the most waterproof of mascaras off + are safe to use with contacts! The best part? I only need one wipe to remove ALL of my makeup + I wear a lot. Ask anyone who’s ever seen me get ready. I’ve tried similar products from Sephora, Ulta + Target, but I cannot get all four in one wipe from anyone else.
